1. What do I have to do if I want to place and order?
You can order online and make the payment up
front for the period you want to use the service (either 3,
6 or 12 months) Click here for payment information. Fax or
email your payment confirmation to us at fax no. 02-240-3190
or email us at billing@thaiscan.net. We then send you the
information via your given email within that day.
2. Do you have any condition in using ThaiScan service?
Only if you have your domain name, you can use the service
with us.
3. Do I need to modify any information in my mail server?
Please add MX records in your DNS Server and
point to our Server Gateway by setting high priority mail
server to our Server Gateway (in other words, a priority number
lower than value of your mail server ) e.g.,
Your current Mail Server:
yourdomain.com. IN MX 100 mail.yourdomain.com
Change to:
yourdomain.com. IN MX 10 scan.thaiscan.net
your domain.com. IN MX 100 mail.yourdomain.com
However, our Support team can help you to modify
the above information.é
4. In case there is any problem occurred with your
Mail Server or ThaiScan Server Gateway,
what will affect my mailbox?
In case there is any problem with your mail server, we have
your e-mail backed up in this filtering gateway server until
your mail server is restored. Vice versa, in case this filtering
gateway has any any problem, all e-mails will be sent directly
to your mailbox.
